team is very diverse and members are very independent

stop over committing unrealistic expectations - both service lines and accounts

no more separation of work and personal.. all work work work and no one seems to care
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
overworked, sometimes don't see the value of what i do. better role with better goals/direction and less tiring
