Managers should stop just delegate and have to ask: DO YOU NEED HELP?
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
at least a bonus + my manager to stop pretending that doesn't see that I have to work outside of working hours in order to complete all the tasks delegated to me
