It's been challenging in a positive way. I'm placed out of my comfort zone just enough to perform tasks at my current level while I try out new things to grow and prepare for the next one. I am surrounded by skilled, inspiring, and generous people.

They make time to communicate with the employees.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The people that form part of the company culture and environment I believe are the most positive aspect of it.
What makes you most happy at work?
I am most happy at work when I feel productive i.e. I'm able to do everything I've set out to do for the day without interruption of urgent, fire drill related tasks that I believe could've been avoided if things are better-planned.
What are some of the best things about your team?
My teammates are great at what they do. They are inspiring and collaborative. I've been lucky to have not experienced a toxic team. Also, they are generous. They share what they know and people are willing to help. I also like the friendly competition amongst us.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I think the company should also revisit the compensation for tenured employees. It has been communicated that what we offer is competitive, but I believe it might be only for the new hires. The improvements that the company is making might be moving too slowly for some folks.
