scope of learning everyday. Relevant role as per my career alignment. Time for upskill which is very difficult to get due to billable project and other organizational activities

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

My compensation should be 15% more what I am currently drawing. Variable pay out should be regular. Yearly appraisal also should be reflected at a definite month of a year and if it gets delayed, pay the arear. Retention onus should be given
