I might be a newcomer but my current position seems to be on verge of being overtaken by modernization and automation. And on top of that I don't see a lot of room for Reskilling and I don't have the required time in the company to change positions so I have to stick with what I have for now.
What makes you most happy at work?
To be a part of something, to contribute.
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
Proactivity and employee engagement programs.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Some part of my team is proactive and engaging, that's the crowd I prefer to be part of. Others are better at keeping it to themselves and there is nothing wrong with that. We are team and dispite everyone's individualism, we make it work!
What is the best part about your compensation package?
Best - Vouchers, Bad - Health Care. What is not part of my compensation package is GLASSES with protection against monitors and in this line of work I think they should be since eye sight is nonstop engaged when performing my daily duties.Health is important so pls keep us healthy as much as you can
