I have faith in the new leadership team specially on CEO ( Mike Salvino). I think that they understand their employees and their demands and they are working towards eliminating them. Few think needed a take care Salary of employees should be increased as per current market values. Proper learning

Less pay than the market value. And good learning must be provided.

Less pay than the market value. Lesser opportunities to grow. Feel bored while doing same type of work again and again. Should give trainings in different technologies and domain.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Good hike and recognition. Also provide trainings in different technologies and domain so that the individual will not get bored doing the same kind of work again and again. There should be proper communication between manager and employees regarding the individual responsibilities.
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
Pay should be equal to the market value. Good opportunities should be there to learn new technologies and domain. So that the individual can work in any project and will not get bored as they will not be doing same work again and again.
