After the "One DXC which doesn't include me" I am still puzzled of how this company wants to maintain a technical excellence.

managing partnerships with longstanding partners, provide leadership based on technical excellence, understand Modern Workplace
What makes you most happy at work?
There are still plenty of challenges to be solved, mainly because so many people with knowledge have left.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
In the last 10 years I did not receive any training of note, any job recognition (apart from direct managers) any salary increment. Mile stones, including becoming a honor. Master was ignored by direct leadership and job / management changes are notified by email only.
