its really improving, much better than it used to be
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Leadership think they have fixed the compensation issues by issuing a few bonus (so little was paid) and meek salary increases, they need to get with the program and go employee by employee looking at role they are perfroming and market rate for the role and ajusting up or down even the salary.
