I do enjoy my job but it's frustrating when we continually lose good people and offshore to sometimes unskilled and inexperienced people
What makes you most happy at work?
Working with the DXC Account Team and my customer to deliver excellent services
What do you like best about the leadership team?
They do try however some company decisions may prevent them from doing the right thing
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Teamwork, Great tools to use, We delivery great services and I have a very happy customer
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
As a company we have lost a lot of good people. I find myself having to explain things to some offshore colleagues and still having to do the job myself due to poor quality/understanding which can be hard when everyone is so busy
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I did not have a salary increase for 13 years although COL went up, I did get a couple of bonus which were very nice and enabled me and my family to take a holiday but this year my salary increase enabled me to buy a can of coke per week.....I love my job, I will put in the hours required to do it w
