our company prides itself with culture which i support. but i think the company needs to face the fact that culture alone will not make people leave. at the end of the day, people need to feed mouths. our salary range are really not at par with our competitors -including benefits.

diverse crowd. willing to learn for most of the employees.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
a lot of initiatives being done right now, we're in the right path. hope it will be continued and improved further
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
i feel the rate of increase for me was slow. especially that i am home grown, i really did not have a big increase in my salary compared to those who jumped ships. max increase i received is 18-20% only.
