Although nothing is perfect and work-life balance could be improved in my case, I can say that I feel really proud of belonging to DXC. I can see a continuous improvement with the current executive leadership and feel excited about the future, though need to improve the talent retention.

Again, people's collaboration and interaction.

Feeling a purpose to continue building a strong, skilled and healthy team, and getting the recognition by our clients, partners and management after all the effort.
What are some of the best things about your team?
The team itself. Collaboration, humanity, team and coporate goals over individual goals and constructive interaction where we all learn from each other. The best think in DXC it's their people and I feel proud of being part of a great one.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
As manager of a strategic area where we're leading the local market, I feel I'm underpaid, though I know my managers do their best to recognize and reward my job. The problem is a historical lack of compensation plans that still needs to be addressed though initial steps have been taken.
