I like working at DXC. Sometimes it would be great to have less bureaucracy - if we could have the mandate to do act according to our level of experience then we could be much more professional ... I think we will get there in a couple of years.

That we include all people no mather the background/gender/disability and that we have a very flat structure within our business unit

That I interact with a lot of people - that is my job, ;-) ... and that I have to "sell" DXC to attract new employees
