They have taken many initiatives and are always open to questions from the employees.

communication, upskilling themselves, need to constantly evolve with their skills and need to encourage others to do so too!

There's always something to learn and work on each day, interaction with team and peers. their help and advise on various aspects of technology and career.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
interaction with peers, learning opportunities, supporting and encouraging Manager and the leadership team, always open to discussion and questions, taking care of the employees when it comes to health and other issues.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
The compensation is compared to other organization which are comparable to DXC in terms of number of headcounts and other factors do offer better compensation. however, when it comes to taking care of employees DXC is the best!
