My team. Flexibility and lack of "micro management".

Collaboration and support. They are ALWAYS there when you need them.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I've been with the Company for 8 years. I have been interested in advancement, to include salary increase, for more than three years. I have team members making more money than me, and I have more responsibility. I love my team and my managers but feel I will be forced to look elsewhere.
