I like this company. I'm in this organization from last 15 years and gave golden years of my life. I've grown from an engineer to an Advisor in these years, little slow growth but I'm happy with the challenges which were given to me. I'm less paid vs industry and expect fair salary for my work.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Transparency and active communication between employee and leadership team
What makes you most happy at work?
I'm happy that my co-workers respect my work and appreciate the quality of work I deliver.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
I can go and talk to Mike Salvino, CEO of the company and I'm very happy that he responded to my email when I raised an update to him once.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I'm on international assignment, brought at cheaper rate from India, paid for my GreenCard, getting lesser salary from my peers and while inflation is increasing I'm still waiting for a fair compensation.
What are some of the best things about your team?
I work under a great leader, it's unfortunate that he is not my workday manager and so their is a disconnect between what I do vs what my people manager capture during annual reviews. Continuously a rater 2 however struggling to break that barrier to become unexceptional employee.
