Treat the employees respectfully without just not rubbing onto them and have a clear visibility of their role
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
They should get a clear understanding of what is happening at the ground level: What are the thoughts of the employees? What they feel working under their managers? do they have clear visibility or not? Are they treated with respect by the managers?
