I have been working for 14 years at the company and 10 years at the client GMF as a HR focal point, I have a degree in two faculties and recently graduated from postgraduate studies. I joined the company as a call center analyst, I worked as a quality analyst and I am currently the HR focal point.
What makes you most happy at work?
Being able to help people solve problems and create a light environment.
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
in my opinion, some of my colleagues lack knowledge regarding the role, this would facilitate our productivity.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Positive is the flexibility and autonomy that we have, in terms of culture, I consider that the inclusion of employees without discrimination and actions focused on people are very important things.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I have been with the company for almost 15 years and for 10 years I have been in the same position performing the HR functions. I have intermediate level English, improvement courses.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
In my opinion, there is a lack of encouragement and guidance for professional growth and development. Often the employee feels lost not knowing how to reach the opportunity or the work area he wants within the organization.
