Ensuring that the L2 and L3 layers in our business stop toxic behaviors.

What are some of the best things about your team?

We are all experienced in the business and know how things should be done. We are progressive, innovative and deliver human centric leadership, not just in the rhetoric, but in real actions

What's going wrong and how can it be improved?

Nearly 3 years of virtual working is soul destroying. The isolation is difficult. The constant transactional leadership and micromanagement from L2/L3s is unmanageable. Too many spreadsheets and too much focus on cost takeout rather than growth. What's happened to the sales team?

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

We need to be able to give our people fair cost of living increases. We are not competitive enough in our salaries to fill our skills. When we pay new starters more in line with the market rate we forget our current employees and only give them 1-2% increases (if they are lucky).
