Flexibility is the best part of this company.
What are some of the best things about your team?
My teammates are wonderful and are a huge part of why I am here.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I am paid almost 10% below the MINIMUM range for my role. Any time I bring up compensation increase, I am met with statements like "you are expensive compared to offshore resources." Also have been told I need to prove my value for a raise but have not seen increases that reflect my performance.
