It evolves. There was a period when there was lack of transparency on the salary mechanisms, but things are different now and there is performance-driven engine that addresses your compensation level. If you are consistently well performing, you will see positive impact on salary.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
I love the strong focus we have on caring for each-other and giving back to society. This is a core element of all religions as well, which makes our corporate culture very close to what we must aspire to be like as human beings.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Over the past two years, center of our strategy became our people and clients. This is quite visible now as we do more and more to improve the conditions of our employees and also put a lot of extra attention on our delivery excellence and relationships with the customers. DXC improves constantly.
