more opportunities to meet face to face with colleagues would be good.

Pay rises in line with inflation. Help with paying internet costs and or heating costs.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
i like that i can get involved in ERG's such as the womens group and the PRIDE group
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I am below the bottom of the pay band for my job level. so at least being in the pay band would be good.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Environment is great as I'm at home. Everyone at work is very nice and kind. Its a shame we don't get to see each other more.
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
Some people ask you for things that they could easily find themselves, i.e. how do i ask for feedback in workday, how do i log an IT ticket.
