It has been 7 months since i joined this organization and I feel so good joining DXC. It is the right choice. Only thing I am not liking here is not being appreciated. Appreciate more so that they feel motivated to do more.

Being able to work on multiple new things and learn them
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Some salary advances, PF withdrawals, etc such policies should come to our workplace.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
They are not thinking about their self but they think like DXC first and then we. I really like hat attitude.
