What do you like best about the leadership team?
Everyone is supportive, open to receiving a message and happy to help. You feel like you can really talk to people on a personal level.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
There are organised social events, online "joking" chats to relax for five minutes, and usually a couple of minutes to "unwind" at the start of a meeting.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
The included Flex Fund is fantastic, this covers my pension, gives me choices for private healthcare/dental and more, and what I don't spend gets put into my pay.
What did you like most about the interview process?
A two stage interview where the first is a very relaxed HR style chat helps to quell any nerves, and there is no mention of the old style "tell me your strengths/weaknesses" question
