I do a lot on my account and also for the wider DXC of which there is no recognition for that work.

If I was paid fairly against those that do similar work and in the same role and competitive to the current market value for the role I perform

What does the leadership team need to get better at?

Retention - there is too much focus on getting 'bums on seats' over promoting people we currently have. There is no clear career path and no incentives to stay. With all the money talk it's become less about our people and more about profit
