Friendly atmosphere. Friendly communication. Wish to be innovative and win deals.

What makes you most happy at work?

People and technology we offer to help clients. Interaction with clients or sales. Discovery experience. My work helps create managed services proposals - created from many unknowns. Services that help clients. Account creation, where people get jobs and DXC has revenue.

What does the leadership team need to get better at?

Have transparent communication explaining steps for growth, including challenges, but with clear reasoning. Execute the plan for growth visible on the workers' layer. Improve processes. Motivate people that we are loyal to DXC in a time we are still not Growing. Stop focusing on cost savings.

What are some of the best things about your team?

My team is motivated and often willing to make the extra mile. They have many skills wanted on the job market and they continue to learn new things often in their personal time. They are very flexible and many of them are customer-facing. Friendly cooperative atmosphere in on our calls and deals..

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

I have few bosses, and few channels giving me tasks. I am doing double role work and I was asked to do a third role. I have a broad scope of responsibilities. Part of my work is not visible in DXC Time, is not trackable. Org. structure is still not simplified and fixed.
