I like the working time and location flexibility. The company culture and values are great, and we are enabled to do the right things. We care for each other. I learned about new tools and technology. The work-life balance is good.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
First and foremost, keep their promises and stick to announced timelines. Also, compensate employees for hard work incl. bonuses. Compensate for inflation.
What are some of the best things about your team?
My team is experienced, motivated, people collaborate actively, they are mature and very highly performing. My team lives the company values and are a joy to work with.
What makes you most happy at work?
1. My colleagues and co-workers. 2. The daily challenges and finding solutions to complex, seemingly impossible issues. 3. Caring about each other around me. 4. The recognition I get from my team.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
We care for each other. We care for the customer. I am enabled to do the right things despite bureaucracy and heavy processes, I ger support from my manager to fail and try again.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I'd like to receive constructive feedback with examples from my work, straight and direct. Not common sense business talk dancing around the subject. I feel none of my achievements are noticed and valued. For what I achieve I'd feel better if I get any sort of company branded gift or monetary bonus.
