The leadership team seems focused on changing the culture of the company for the better and investing in employee well being which reflects on overall customer satisfaction.
What are some of the best things about your team?
The collaboration is wonderful and helping each other - being able to state different points of views or opinions in relation to relavent issues or obstacles in the department.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Most of all is patience for learning curve - I choose to work more hours because I was slow and the remote office space new to me so I am familiarizing myself with the new technology and everyone is so patient.
