I can say that the working environment within my team has been extremely positive and great. I appreciate the flex vacation policy and the work life balance. But it feels there is no hope on getting the right compensation for the role (per the market) and per my continuos great performance.

DXC needs to implement a yearly performance or merit base salary increase.

The collaboration of my team, transparency of most of the leaders, virtual environment
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Salary or merit based increase. Its been years the majority of DXC employees have not received any type of salary increase. The company is pushing to benefit for DXC Learning to grow our career, but it is not going to be compensated here. At the end, we all need to pay our bills.
