My experience is that the people are what matter here at DXC. We have some great people working for our company that truly care for everyone's well being and are willing to collaborate and provide support.

M team is amazing and caring and collaborative, like a work family

When I get to positively interact with my team and other teams

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Our salary for our positions as a team does not match the market value they should be much higher
What are some of the best things about your team?
My team is amazing they are always there for collaboration and support. The team works great together and we feel more like a work family.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I know that we here at DXC do not receive market value compensation for our job title/position. A lot of our team members have left for other companies to do the same role with almost double the pay.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
My immediate manager is a great leader. He is very flexible and provides opportunities for growth and always encourages us to do our best. He is always there for support and guidance and his patience and calm tone always help.
