This is the role I had deliberately sought out, and I hope to be able to retire from DXC at some point in the future. I have great hopes for DXC.

We collaborate very well together and are not afraid to seek out help when needed.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
They listen to us and do a great job showing how our values support our company.
What makes you most happy at work?
Completing work tasks, but then getting new ones right after that! The work always seems interesting.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
DXC does a great job at communicating our goals and our values. I appreciate all the methods used to reach employees.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
The salary and perks are very good; I really appreciate both. I will say that the benefits package, including health care, is excellent.
