This is a great company, sometimes with bureaucratic processes. Would like better salary vrs work we do. Sometimes, makes me feel I don't have a balance in life/work. I like to work in DXC, but the market offers better opportunities and salaries in multinational companies in the country.

Flexibility, WFH, work with people around the world, and know about other cultures. Work for a multinational company.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Time happens and after a few years, the salary is still the same, and more tasks, duties or activities come. Also, new people come with the same experience but a better salary. The leadership for the region said that are working on improving that situation but still there and changes are not visible
