
I like the flexibility and the good work-life balance that I am able to reach
The leadership is organizing Townhalls to share business updates with employees, although sometimes I noticed that there are some incongruencies in what is told and what is done. In addition, communications are not always reaching the complete audience
We are facing daily challenges, a lot of changes in the organization, team structure and tasks. I like when I am learning new things and feel confident when I am able to provide high level service to my customers.
I would like to be paid comparable to my teams members performing the same job, have more certainty about yearly merit cycle (one year is done and the next one is not) or at least that the company adjusts salaries depending on increased cost of living (for ee earning at the min salary range)
