bonuses for jobs well done, raises that keep up with inflation. better medical benefits

they seem to understand the need to reward work monetarily, and provide increases with the rise of COL, as well as open up the opportunity for promotions

i love my job and am passionate about what i do. i also have the best team to lead, and coworkers to get through the day with

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

i do not get paid in line with other companies for my role, i have associates who work under me that make nearly what i do, cost of insurance is high

What does the leadership team need to get better at?

paying salaries that are comparable to other companies for the same job, providing increases to keep up with inflation to provide for a livable wage, communication, understanding what its like to be working at the bottom of the pyramid

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

Benefits are expensive out of pocket, and go up every year, without providing us with pay increases for the increase of cost of living. this means that as our benefit costs go up, and pay stays the same, we get paid less to do our job here. I also would get paid more at a diff company
