paying salaries that are comparable to other companies for the same job, providing increases to keep up with inflation to provide for a livable wage, communication, understanding what its like to be working at the bottom of the pyramid
Benefits are expensive out of pocket, and go up every year, without providing us with pay increases for the increase of cost of living. this means that as our benefit costs go up, and pay stays the same, we get paid less to do our job here. I also would get paid more at a diff company
