What do you like best about the leadership team?
I like the closeness we have and the openness that both, manager and coordinator, give me to point out the problems I am facing and also the help to solve difficulties
What are some of the best things about your team?
the ability to help each other, the proximity between team members, the ease in contact and relationships with each other. They are people with a happy temperament and always provide good times.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Despite receiving excellent feedback every year regarding my work, since I have been at the company I have never received a salary increase or job promotion. This makes me think about how much my area is not recognized and how much my work and activities are not properly valued.
