proximity, sharing and clarification mainly in the new organisation starting in April FY24

It's is important to meet together at the office with the colleagues and the other teams.

A common engagement to succeed at the management level of the team and a mutal support when we are facing issues or when we need information.
What makes you most happy at work?
The idea to participate at the growth of my practice, the idea to help my colleagues to grow and improve themselve with my support and advise.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
The compensation is a way to recognize the work done and the results of a person. The no-salary increase for several years and the remove of the variable for 2 years now lead to a lack of tangible recognition.
