It has been a rollercoaster experience. DXC constantly changes its processes, which made my learning curve and commitment slow. It was challenging to adapt and feel like a part of the company. But overall, it has been an experience filled with learning and resilience.
What makes you most happy at work?
My job helps other people. Also assists the company in achieving its goals while indirectly contributing to the company's delivery.
What are some of the best things about your team?
They are very collaborative people, and I truly love my team because we support each other, respect each other as professionals, and accept each other.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
I really like that there is no micromanagement; they make sure to keep us informed about any changes that occur in the process and within the company.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
Working from home is a major advantage. It helps me maintain a work-life balance and eliminates the exhaustion of commuting. With rising safety concerns in my country, the security of WFH may even be a lifesaver.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
DXC has an incredibly inclusive culture. I don't feel any language gap; most meetings are in English, but there's always a space where the speaker says that if there is any question, it can be asked in the native language. I consider this a highly important way of including different cultures.
