I have been with DXC for nearly 2 years. It started out pretty slow in terms of work and getting to know people, I often questioned and had doubts about being utilized to my maximum potential with no clear vision of future. Things are changing and I see hope to do more for my and company growth.

The base pay is pretty normal market standards, nether high nor low but there is definitely scope for benefits

1. The team is not shy on expressing new and exciting ideas. 2. Diversity and people from different cultures and geography 3. Open to share knowledge and ideas for a better DXC
What do you like best about the leadership team?
The new leadership team has set a vision for all in the current growth stage of DXC. I like the focus it has on Operational efficiency, drive towards profits and margin improvement without compromising on the employee and candidate experience. I love the culture of teams coming together as one.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The foremost positive thing is the diverse culture and the work life balance it gives. I love the fact that there are so many opportunities to cross function, work with excellent HRBP. Business and the Delivery team. The fact that the choice to do more and contribute more is so encouraging.
What makes you most happy at work?
The work I do and the people I interact with on a day-to-day basis. There is ample opportunity to make a difference. The team reporting into me and seeing them grow and nourish in DXC strives me the most. The business, Delivery and HR partners all work together in a harmonious yet in fast pace.
