The people I work with including team, coworkers, leaders, stakeholders. Working from home.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Salaries are not market competitive and increases are rare without taking into account country inflation. Removing programs that could compensate low salaries or lack of increase, such as Recognition points worsens ability to keep employees.
