DXC is great, but the virtual first is a big downside that would limit me from recomending it wholeheartedly to my friends unless that is specifically something for them

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
despite DXCs size, they actually do seem to pout effort into not treating people like cogs like many supermassive conglomerates
