What needs to change to make the company culture better?

Management need to pay their UK 2022 graduates the same as the UK 2023 graduates. Absolutely shocking behaviour from DXC.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

I joined the UKI team as an Early Careers graduate in 2022. Since then, the 2023 cohort have started and are on a higher salary than the 2022 cohort. Management have refused to match our salaries to the new cohort (despite the fact we all have more experience and joined for the same job). Insulting.
