I love my job-I feel I add value. I love my colleagues-the support is a 2way street. I feel disheartened by the senior CEA team:it was all very positive when MS joined but feel he no longer cares about people, just profits and his bonus
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The local management team that are a family. There is no positive culture from the senior CEA team
What makes you most happy at work?
The team I work with - it is a family and we all support one another to provide good care and outcomes for our colleagues and our customers
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Local management team - fantastic, work hard, are visible and available, understand & guide. Too many hires at levels just below CEO - huge salaries being paid for no visible value.
What are some of the best things about your team?
We are supportive of one another and the team is why we stay working for DXC - if we didn't have such a family atmosphere in the local team I suspect majority of folk would leave because the senior 'CEO team' do not have an inclusive employee family outlook
What is the best part about your compensation package?
I am paid to do a job - it is the package I signed up to 20+ years ago however it seems that the CEO team are able to get huge increase & bonuses while the workers have to cut costs and do without to make ends meet as there is no awareness of the general inflation model that works in the real world
