to be paid the market value for the role i perform. As my level of experience and salary are out of kilter.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Culture good our values are excellent. Career development is better now than previously. Goals are very clear and values that everyone understands. environment is pretty rushed, very busy and a lot of last minute decisions. But overall good
What are some of the best things about your team?
Great Team work - We support each other and discuss issues to get an end result for the individual and for the customer. we motivate each other and are there for each other as well. I work with a fab team of people.
