Recently I received a raise which I appreciated, but because I hadn't received increases the past few years, I feel my compensation is low
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
My manager shows me I'm valued and provides recognition. As far as compensation, there have been times when receiving the highest performance review, no compensation has been received.
