I feel I can work well and do things to improve and have the accountability to put process improvements in place within our work remit. It is very fast paced and has several business areas, giving you a constant challenge and different views.

I like to be busy and add value, I work in a role which allows me to help managers achieve their goals and I enjoy providing advise and guidance to get them there.
