It's been a great learning journey. Role rotation has been successfully giving me opportunities to grow in different verticals. Hope for DXC's finances to grow stronger and maybe that will trickle down to better compensation.

My peers at other organizations earn better since they have switched jobs. I like working at DXC, but staying put in an organization should not make one lose the opportunity to earn better and grow financially.
