Increase hikes based on standards and opportunity learn new platforms

Leadership team need to focus on promotions and hikes on bases of user experience. I am currently have 6+years in IT industry. My salary is around 7+ LPA
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I have 6+ years of experience. My salary is around 7 LPA. I got offer around 15 LPA. My manager is not ready to relieve me 45 days. I need to survive 3 months notice period. No company is agree to join 3 months notice period
