the best thing about DXC is that it went complete WFH model, DXC has started moving to latest tech stack and scrapping old legacy project. worst about DXC that it doesn't value their own employee over lateral employee. promotion is very delayed. salary compensation is the worst.

What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
improve salary structure make it equal to other competitor. expand your service provider line and take new projects. hire those people who showcase good skill set. get more projects domain other than insurance
What are some of the best things about your team?
my team is very helpful to each other, they always complete their task on time. they are open with all the issue and idea. we have multiple age group peoples in my team, they all teach me new things.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I have 8+ years of experience and my peers with same are earning 200% more. even in DXC itself people who has less experience and Underachiever are earning more than me. just because Indore is my home town and I live with my family i have stayed 4 years in DXC , but it is not possible further cont.
