Our leadership team is very active on social media by sharing our DXC values and accomplishments! They try their best to be transparent, and it seems they are being proactive in helping our company grow and excel in the industry.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
The company has made it apparent that we are not in a financial position to provide annual raises or promotions. DXC Technology will be able to retain and attract more top talent once the company is able to provide this annually.
What are some of the best things about your team?
My team is extremely collaborative, knowledgeable, kind, and positive. We make the best of our situation and lean on one another for support. My team has sincere care for one another, and I am very thankful to work with such exceptional colleagues!
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The talent acquisition team attributes to our positive culture and environment. We have bi - weekly meetings to discuss important topics and celebrate our accomplishments with our leaders and other teams. It is a safe space to speak and hear from other colleagues.
What makes you most happy at work?
I thoroughly enjoy being a recruiter! My core team is always making work more fun too! Being part of the talent acquisition team is very rewarding, and I find sincere comfort and pride with helping DXC grow as a company as well as helping candidates find their next big career move!
