Overall DXC is great and provides lot of oppurtunities in learning newer technologies but does not provide enough oppurtunities to work in that area. Also perks provided to employee is way too lesser and is not in line with current market standards

Focus on skill upgradation and insisting employees to learn newer stuff.

They try their best to bring something new but somehow it loses focus in the middle itself.
