In general, my experience at the company has been positive, with a supportive team and a pleasant work environment. I do feel there is a shortage of challenging and engaging projects and manager interaction. Increased involvement of new employees with a regular feedback mechanism is recommended.

The team is consistently supportive, eager to provide guidance, and encourages independent leadership. The managerial and leadership team consistently provides guidance through challenges. The cross-functional team readily offers support upon request.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I believe my current compensation does not align with current market standards or those of peer organizations. Given my work experience, I believe I am being remunerated below my expected level. Regular and frequent annual salary reviews would ensure market competitiveness.
